Katie Burke is a Realtor serving ALL of Hampton Roads, and a Broker in the state of North Carolina, selling real estate and
serving clients in both areas. Katie comes from a Military Family, with her
Grandfather being the first to serve and many others following after him &
serving now. Katie is VERY familiar with all the ins and outs of the military
moving process and guides ALL of her clients through the home buying and
selling process very effectively and with extreme efficiency. She has been in
the Real Estate business since 2012 and was licensed after finding her niche
for selling homes in the surrounding area. Katie displays tons of dedication to
her clients, serving them with diligence, professionalism, integrity, and a
passion for excellence. Her commitment to industry knowledge and service is how
she builds her referral based business. Katie graduated from Virginia Wesleyan
University in 2014, with a B.S.B.A in Marketing and Advertising. She started her
own Advertising company, Apex Marketing & Advertising. Now her company is
used to reach a broader market and has proven to sell her clients homes FAST!!!
Katie gives back to her community by heading a volunteer group at the Union
Mission Ministries in Norfolk, VA once a month. She also volunteers for Equi-
Kids and is the Vice- Chair for the Resale Council at the Hampton Roads Realtor
Association. She attends Thayla Lynn Baptist and Grace Bible Church weekly.
Katie is a fun, energetic, loving person who fills her own heart by spending
time with her family, her dog Cielo and her cat Angel.
